As Impact Lead, you will lead the design, management and delivery of a portfolio of strategically prioritised impact evaluations that will help St John to better understand and articulate its societal impact.
About the Role
Our Insight and Impact team lead the development and delivery of research, insight and evaluation enabling St John to make strategic, evidence based decisions and maximise our impact. They are responsible for developing St John’s understanding of our key audiences, their needs, and how well we are addressing them.
Joining us in this newly created and critical role, you will work closely with the Head of Insight and Impact to lead the delivery of evaluation that will help St John to better understand and articulate its social impact and improve our ability to make strategic decisions which maximise it.
As Impact Lead, you will lead the design, management and delivery of a portfolio of strategically prioritised impact evaluations that will help St John to better understand and articulate its societal impact. You will work with stakeholders at both leadership and operational levels to develop and embed a reflective and continuous review and evaluation environment, supporting our ability to make decisions which maximise our impact.
To be successful in the role as Impact Lead, you will have expertise in a range of evaluation methods and skills relevant to understanding social impact, as well as a high level of skill and experience in supporting organisations to embed impact practice and ensure it informs decision making.
