About the Role

As Lead Business Information Analyst at St John Ambulance, you will play a key role in the Strategy and Digital Transformation team working with the organisation to understand their change needs and assess the impact of those business changes on process, people and systems. Through capturing, analysing and documenting functional requirements, you will identify opportunities and make recommendations for process re-engineering and support relevant communication with stakeholders.

As Business Analyst you will gain and maintain a good knowledge and clear understanding of systems currently utilised by business areas, including a clear view of the full capabilities of these systems and how they are used.

About You

To be successful in the role of Lead Business Information Analyst you should have previously worked in a similar role with demonstrable experience of performing successful business analysts across multiple major IT projects. You will have previously interpreted an organisations strategy and applied it when considering change within a business environment. Strong knowledge of proposing both process and system improvements to various business areas is a key element of this role.
