This is a 12 month fixed term contract to provide maternity cover


About the Role

The Marketing Coordinator supports the implementation of the customer journey marketing strategy as well as the overall marketing strategy. The role involves the development and delivery of email marketing campaigns to support the customer and delegate experience and involves close collaboration with the data management team, training and product teams. The focus of the role is to support the customer journey team in the development of targeted campaigns that will enhance the training experience and create advocacy for our brand.

About You

You will have experience of using an Email Service Provider to design and implement email marketing campaigns in a B2B context  as well as experience of designing and reporting on customer survey’s and trends in customer feedback.

Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills are an essential for this role.
