About the Role
As Supplies Sales Administrator you will be responsible for providing effective and efficient administrative support to the Telesales team and National Telesales Managers through the processing of bookings into MIS and orders into SAP to assist the achievement of product training business targets.
You will manage all supplies orders from creation to distribution, including maintaining a supplies tracker to ensure all orders are fulfilled. Through reviewing accounts in SAP / MIS, you will ensure all customer details are correctly maintained.

To be considered for the role you should have previously worked in a similar position and have experience of dealing with customers by telephone, email and over the internet. You will be comfortable dealing with sales orders including processing and inputting the data onto systems. Ideally you will have a background in sales, b2b or direct marketing but be able to work with and maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
