About the Role
As Training Administrator, you will be part of the volunteering & emplyee training team and report to the Training Delivery Manager. You will be responsible for handling volunteer & employee training enquiries including bookings and and administration to support internal training.
A large part of your role will be supporting the team in producing reports, presentations and correspondence for internal customer, as well as assisting with the preparation and scheduling of training activities.
This role involves working with multiple departments in St John Ambulance, so you must be a strong verbal and written communicator with great prioritisation skills.
Ideally, you will have worked in a similar administration environment previously and while you will receive systems training with us, you will have a good level of Microsoft Office/365 experience.
