Job description

St Martins is a specialist housing association providing care, support and accommodation to a range of client groups across London.  Characterised by dispersed accommodation “projects” located in a number of London boroughs, St Martins employs around 70 people, the majority of whom provide front line care and support services to service users with mental health and complex needs.

We provide health and social care solutions to take the pressure off from the NHS – so our customers are mental health commissioners in health and social care and care teams.  We aim to grow our business and relationships with our customers. You will enhance our customer relations data base and engage with Health and Social care commissioners, bed managers and clinical teams to help them find the right solutions to place their service users and reduce the burden of blocked beds.

Based in Head Office in Islington, the Business Development and Marketing Executive works directly to the Director of Operations/HR in ensuring that all St Martins’ services are effectively marketed and that referrals are efficiently converted into residents in our projects.  This requires maintenance of our referral contact database up-to-date and obtaining new contacts and actively seeking to facilitate meetings with referral sources. As such, the role provides opportunities to apply relationship management and strong administrative skills and be the key first point of contact with key external stakeholders and customers who want to make referrals to our projects.
