Do you want to play a key role securing partnerships with businesses to support St Mungo’s mission to end homelessness? Do you want to be part of a growing, dynamic and ambitious team?

 

At St Mungo’s our people come from all walks of life. We welcome the skills and experience they are able to bring with them from outside the charity sector, as well as within. Joining the St Mungo’s corporate partnerships team, you will be fully supported in getting to grips with the both the charity and housing sector, and you will soon be playing a crucial role in developing partnerships which in turn will enable us to support nearly 32, 000 people a year who are either homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.

Like our people, our corporate partnership activity is varied and diverse. No one day is alike. We offer businesses a range of opportunities to invest in our mission to end homelessness and rebuild lives, generate positive PR and brand reputation, increase staff engagement through fundraising, training and volunteering and reach new audiences through mutually beneficial commercial opportunities.

Over the past two years St Mungo’s have seen significant growth in corporate partnerships. We are proud to have long-term strategic partnerships with a range of businesses including Jo Malone London, Taylor Wimpey, Nationwide and Barratt Developments who share our commitment to ending homelessness and rebuilding lives. During Covid-19 St Mungo’s have received exceptional support from the business community towards our pandemic response through funds, supplies and expertise.

The Corporate Partnerships Executive will support the Corporate Partnerships Development Lead to research and identify suitable prospects, develop excellent relationships and produce high quality pitches and proposals to secure new partnerships.

 

What we’re looking for

In order to be successful in this role you will be a strong and strategic relationship manager with excellent communications skills. You will be ambitious and enjoy working as part of a fast-paced, passionate and creative team. You will also be incredibly organised to manage a busy workload and meet agreed deadlines.

This role is a perfect step for someone who wants to enter the charity or fundraising sector with lots of opportunity for learning and development or someone already within the sector looking for a new challenge within a growing and ambitious team.

St Mungo’s contribute 4% of your gross annual salary, and you are able to enrol in the Defined Contribution scheme following a successful probationary period in which the employer contribution is 6%.
