Over the past two years St Mungo’s have seen significant growth in corporate partnerships. We are proud to have long-term strategic partnerships with a range of businesses including Jo Malone London, Taylor Wimpey, Nationwide and Barratt Developments who share our commitment to ending homelessness and rebuilding lives. During Covid-19 St Mungo’s have received exceptional support from the business community towards our pandemic response through funds, supplies and expertise.

Like our people, our corporate partnership activity is varied and diverse. No one day is alike. We offer businesses a range of opportunities to invest in our mission to end homelessness and rebuild lives, generate positive PR and brand reputation, increase staff engagement through training and volunteering and reach new audiences through mutually beneficial commercial opportunities.

This new role will be responsible for leading the account management of our corporate partnerships and corporate supporters programme. You will directly line managing two Corporate Partnerships Coordinators and support the management of the Corporate Partnerships Executive within your team. You will oversee the account management of all current partnerships (strategic, charity of the year, brand and commercial) and personally account manage a portfolio of strategic and transformative corporate partners.

 

What we’re looking for

In order to be successful in this role you will have experience working in either a fundraising, account management or sales role. You will have managed and developed significant new partnerships.

The successful candidate will be an excellent manager of people with first-class relationship management skills. You will have exceptional verbal and written communication skills as well as strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to effectively prioritise your own time and workload to meet deadlines.

St Mungo’s contribute 4% of your gross annual salary, and you are able to enrol in the Defined Contribution scheme following a successful probationary period in which the employer contribution is 6%.

As a homelessness charity and housing association, our clients are at the heart of what we do, and in 19/20 we supported over 32,800 people who were either homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.
