Over the past two years St Mungo’s have seen significant growth in corporate partnerships. We are proud to have long-term strategic partnerships with a range of businesses including Jo Malone London, Taylor Wimpey, Nationwide and Barratt Developments who share our commitment to ending homelessness and rebuilding lives.

Our partnerships are multifaceted and offer meaningful volunteering and pro-bono opportunities, allowing companies to see first-hand the impact of their support for St Mungo’s. We utilise the specialist skills of our partner’s staff to help transform the way we provide our services, engage them with our fundraising and share the value of our work.


About the role


We are excited to be recruiting a Corporate Volunteering Coordinator to continue developing our approach to corporate volunteering at St Mungo’s.  The post holder will be the link between St Mungo’s volunteering and corporate partnerships teams, developing a portfolio of opportunities across the organisation that meet the needs of our corporate partners and St Mungo’s services. This is a very exciting time to join our team, with St Mungo’s, as our corporate partnerships continue to grow. The Corporate Volunteer Coordinator will be essential to the organisation achieving our ambitious objectives and ensuring we can support as many St Mungo’s clients as possible.


What we’re looking for


We are looking for are an excellent communicator and networker with experience of working on corporate partnerships. We would like you to have a broad experience of managing, training and supporting volunteers, and be committed to tackling homelessness.   • St Mungo’s is proud to pay client facing staff above average for the sector. We run a cycle to work scheme and also offer season tickets loans to all staff.
  • St Mungo’s contribute 4% of your gross annual salary, and you are able to enrol in the Defined Contribution scheme following a successful probationary period in which the employer contribution is 6%.

As a homelessness charity and housing association, our clients are at the heart of what we do, and in 2019 – 2020 we supported 32,800 people across all of our services. Our staff are crucial to making this happen.
