If you have experience of leading communications and marketing in complex medium/large sized organisations this is an opportunity where your skills will make a difference in helping to end homelessness and rebuild lives.
At St Mungo’s our vision is that everyone has a place to call home and can fulfil their hopes and ambitions. As a homelessness charity and housing association our clients are at the heart of what we do. We provide a bed and support to more than 2,800 people a night who are either homeless or at risk. The new position of Director of Communications and Marketing will play a pivotal role in helping St Mungo’s to achieve our vision by providing strategic leadership in this important area of our work.
You will provide senior level advice, lead the development and implementation of a new Communications and Marketing strategy and provide vision and direction to a team that is growing in size and also in ambition. You will be part of the leadership of the Development Directorate and will also work closely with senior colleagues across the whole of St Mungo’s.
If you have experience of leading a communications and marketing function, building motivated, engaged and high performing teams, developing strategy and operating and advising in a highly effective way at a senior level we would be delighted to hear from you.
This post will be based at our Central Services office in Tower Hill, London.
In return, we offer a range of benefits including a pension scheme, staff discounts scheme and initiatives to help you maintain a healthy work/life balance. We are also committed to providing our staff with a wide range of learning and development opportunities; in support of their personal and professional development.
