Job description

If you are an optimistic, solution-focused administrator with a ‘can do’ attitude who is looking to develop your career, we have an exciting opportunity for you to play a key role providing a range of efficient secretarial and administrative services to our Chief Executive and Leadership team.

 

As the Administrator for the Leadership Team you will report to the Leadership Team Administration Manager to set up and maintain effective administrative processes and help service our Board of Management and Committees including minute taking at meetings.

 

We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic, proactive and well-organised person for this Administrator role. You will enjoy dealing directly with the public or customers in a busy service environment.  To succeed, you will have the ability to work as part of a team and to initiate and maintain highly positive and effective working relationships with others.  You will also have strong IT/typing skills, good practical knowledge of Microsoft Office, good written skills and excellent attention to detail.  Other requirements are the ability to handle responsibility and manage your time and work to multi-task and deliver against agreed deadlines.
