£21,678 - £22,408 pro rata
Home working/2.5 days (18.75 hours per week)
The Service runs 7 days a week and working hours are between the hours of 10:30pm - 7:30am.

Funded by the Department for Communities and Local Government, GLA and the Welsh Government, Street Link is an app, website and phone line that helps connect people rough sleeping to local services across England and Wales.
As a Night Phone Worker, you will provide a high quality, responsive service to everyone contacting StreetLink throughout the night; to help ensure anyone sleeping rough in England and Wales is aware of and connected to local services.
We are looking for someone with experience of delivering high quality customer service and communicating via telephone and email with internal or external customers/clients at all levels. If you have an understanding of good customer care and how to apply it when dealing with a range of customers, and the ability to effectively prioritise your own time and workload we encourage you to apply.
