Job Description

37.5hrs per week

At St Mungo’s our vision is that everyone has a place to call home and can fulfil their hopes and ambition.  An exciting opportunity has become available in a new and dynamic supported accommodation pathway service in Hounslow.  

Working alongside the organisational Recovery College we are looking for someone to coordinate a varied and flexible activity programme that runs both within our services and the community. The focus will be on both group and one to one courses, which are geared towards supporting our clients to recover and access education and employment.

To be successful, you will have demonstrable experience of developing and facilitating groups to vulnerable or socially excluded people. You will also have a passion for supporting some of the most socially excluded individuals in the borough in a psychologically informed way and be able to make and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and the wider community.
