Job description

Are you passionate about supporting and transforming the lives of people who are experiencing homelessness?

About the roles

We are looking for people to join our teams across London as Support Workers (known internally as a Project Worker). Working in these rewarding roles your key responsibilities will be to work as part of a dedicated team to provide safe, high quality, positive and inclusive service to clients.

You will work with clients to identify their personal aims and ambitions and provide practical and personal support in a person centred way. You will also complete essential administrative records relating to client work, housing management and health and safety while working on a weekly shift rota including early and late shifts, weekends and bank holidays.

What we’re looking for

Above all we are looking for inspirational individuals who have a genuine desire to support people to transform their lives and will be committed to our Recovery Ethos. Additionally we think these roles will suit people who may have personal experience of homelessness, or an understanding of the issues faced by homeless or vulnerably housed people. Your good interpersonal and listening skills and experience of supporting vulnerable people through a process of change is also essential.

How to apply

We are always on the lookout for inspirational staff to join us all over London to support our clients in Project Worker roles. For now we are focusing the below areas and you should submit 1 application for the area that is most suitable for you.

If you are successful, we will do our best to match you to a vacancy in your preferred area; or we will include you in our talent pool for future suitable vacancies. You can find out more about Our Services on our website, and visit our careers page to start your online application.
