About the role
St Mungo’s North Camden Mental Health Accommodation Team is recruiting Project Workers for our 24 hour staffed projects at Adamson Road and Haverstock Hill.
The team works with clients with a diagnosed mental illness to empower them to rebuild their lives and to move on from the services into their own accommodation. All the clients have access to an Individual Service Fund and staff are expected to work alongside clients one to one in the community pursuing their interests and accessing training, educational and leisure opportunities.
Staff will key-work clients and work with clients alongside external services and other support networks including family and friends.
St Mungo’s is Camden’s leading provider of mental health accommodation beds and the team has consistently led other services in regards to the number of positive moves each year.
What we’re looking for
We are looking for proactive and empathetic individuals who want to work in mental health and are passionate about helping others utilise their strengths and achieve their goals.
You should be flexible, hard-working, committed to equality and building better communities.
Staff are expected to work on a rota of early and late shifts some including weekends and bank holidays.

Pay and Other Benefits
St Mungo’s is proud to pay client facing staff above average for the sector. We run a cycle to work scheme and also offer season tickets loans to all staff.
St Mungo’s contribute 4% of your gross annual salary, and you are able to enrol in the Defined Contribution scheme following a successful probationary period in which the employer contribution is 6%.
For this role staff can claim an additional 20% pay premium for hours worked between 8pm and 8am Monday to Friday, and all hours worked on Saturday and Sunday.
