Are you a confident Supporter Care Administrator with a ‘can do’ attitude who is looking to further develop your Supporter Care career within a high-performing Fundraising Department?

 

About the role

We are seeking a Supporter Care Administrator to join our growing Fundraising and Communications department. Reporting to the Supporter Care Coordinator, the successful candidate will be one of two Administrators responsible for the delivery of a high standard of customer care and operational support that ensures that our supporters are at the forefront of everything we do.

Day to day responsibilities include importing of data, processing of voluntary income, management of enquiries and complaints, and maintenance of the fundraising database. The wider remit of the role includes liaising with internal stakeholders, third party suppliers, financial and non-financial supporters, and members of the public with an interest in the organisation’s work; contributing to the periodic review and update of team processes and procedures; and taking the lead on role-appropriate tasks under the guidance of the Supporter Care Coordinator. The post holder will be accountable for working to agreed KPIs and SLAs, and for consistently meeting regulatory requirements; ensuring timely, accurate and compliant administration of supporter-related activity.

 

What we’re looking for

Applicants should be able to demonstrate relevant customer/supporter care experience including income processing, experience of working with Raiser’s Edge or another fundraising database, strong organisation and prioritisation skills, and a keen eye for detail. The ability to manage both time and workload is a must, as is the ability to work independently in addition to contributing to the efforts of the wider team. The ability to develop and maintain mutually beneficial working relationships is essential, as is the ability to communicate in an effective and professional manner. Experience of working with ImportOmatic data integration software would be advantageous but is not essential.
