Are you an excellent communicator able to develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels?
Are you looking for your next management opportunity where you can develop individuals and drive a team reach their full potential?
About the role
Over 50 years ago St Mungo’s was founded by volunteers who wanted to do something about the injustice of people who were sleeping on the streets of London. Since that time the organisation has developed and grown but what remains consistent is the vital role that volunteers play in donating time, skills and experience to help people rebuild their lives.
We are excited to be recruiting for a Volunteer Services Manager. The role oversees our volunteering team at St Mungo’s and is responsible for the delivery of volunteer involvement across the organisation. The role is responsible for management of the volunteer team and also supporting services with volunteer involvement in West London.
A number of structures have recently been implemented to streamline our approaches to volunteer recruitment and involvement and the successful post holder will have a real opportunity to now develop innovative approaches to how we engage and retain our volunteers.
