The Head of Public Fundraising will be key to developing our acquisition and fundraising programme across all public-facing income streams. The role will report to and work closely with the Director of Income Generation to develop strategy as well as being responsible for operational plans and targets across Individual Giving, Legacies, Events, Community Fundraising, Supporter Care and Income Processing.
We’re looking for an experienced senior fundraiser who has led multiple income streams, with a particular focus on developing individual giving programmes. Knowledge of lotteries, gambling and legacy fundraising would be a bonus.
You’ll have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to coach and develop team members. An effective communicator, you will have good interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and motivate others. You’ll be excited by data, with good numeracy and analytical skills, and the ability to use insight to inform decision-making. Above all, you’ll be supporter-focused and passionate about delivering a great experience for our donors.
