Job description

Digital Fundraising Manager - 12 month fixed term contract 

Main Objective

To plan, manage and deliver the digital component of the Society’s national fundraising campaign and provide an outstanding experience to supporters.

Main Responsibilities
Develop an integrated, digital fundraising strategy to help meet the income targets of the campaign
Work closely with the Fundraising and Communications team to develop and embed digital fundraising in the Society’s fundraising strategy to increase voluntary income 
Work closely and proactively with our Community Support Centres to develop and support their digital fundraising strategies
Promote innovation in the Society’s digital fundraising by identifying and testing new opportunities, producing reports and making investment cases for strategic development and growth
 
Plan and project manage the digital fundraising campaign across a range of new and existing digital channels, platforms and tools
Deliver the digital component of the national campaign on time, on budget and in alignment with the Board’s overall strategy
Devise and project-manage income generating social media posts and advertising
Evaluate the performance and effectiveness of the digital campaign against objectives and utilise insights and learning to inform future direction 
Ensure creative approaches reflect SVP values and meet audience, campaign and channel objectives
Scope, propose and manage digital fundraising campaign budgets
Research and define requirements for new digital fundraising activities, identify options, costs and make recommendations
Develop and implement a reporting framework of digital fundraising performance against budget and KPIs
Ensure effective and fully documented processes, recording and filing systems are in place and followed to deliver projects effectively and efficiently and ensure continuity
Promote shared learning and collaboration on digital fundraising throughout the Society
Act as a champion of digital fundraising and innovation across the Society’s operations and take a lead in promoting a shared understanding of digital fundraising
