An exciting opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading hate crime and human rights charities, set up originally by and for people experiencing racist abuse.
We are looking for an individual who has:
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Proven experience of leadership and performance management
- Knowledge and confidence in running or delivering a busy case work service
- A strong personal commitment to tackling racism and hate crime
You will be expected to work with our Board of Trustees and other senior managers in driving the development and leadership of SARI, whilst building resilience and embedding excellent practice in all of our services.
The charity is also embarking on a period of significant growth and development, and we are seeking an outstanding individual to contribute to bringing our developmental opportunities to fruition.
