We are looking an individual with experience of business administration to support our Cannock and Stafford offices.
Starfish Health & Wellbeing provides a primary care psychological therapies service that offers support to people who are emotional distressed and looks at how we can support them in their recovery.
Vacancy – Receptionist / Data Inputter
Full time - 37.5 hrs per week
Hours of Work: Monday – Friday – with at least one late night till 8.00pm and occasional weekend
Based: Across both the Cannock and Stafford offices
Salary: £17,800 pa
The role is customer facing combining reception and data inputting duties. Therefore, experience of working in similar roles would be beneficial however, training will be provided.
Experience in a mental health organisation would also be desirable.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Good Customer service skills
- Good communication skills
- The ability to input accurate data into the data system
- A good telephone manner
- The ability to work as part of a team with a ‘can do’ and solutions focused attitude
- Good attention to detail
- Adhere to Confidentiality, Data protection and Information Governance polices
