Join us as our Workplace Resources and Digital Engagement Manager and develop and help drive real change across a wide range of organisations spanning public, private and third sectors.
Reporting to the Director of Memberships Operations you’ll focus on delivering engaging and impactful portfolio of core resources to engage Stonewall’s Diversity Champions members. Working closely with the Index and Benchmarking Manager, you will be responsible for creating and driving Stonewall’s knowledge base of workplace LGBT inclusion practice across all departments.
As the Workplace Resources and Digital Engagement Manager you will line manage a small team who are responsible for Diversity Champion Digital engagement and copywriting.
This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop your skillset and step up as an ally and role model. It’s a varied role in a dynamic environment so you’ll need to be fully up to speed with the principles of budget management, LGBT workplace inclusion and effective resource creation. You will have extensive experience of working to develop and deliver innovative new ways to share knowledge particularly through digital platforms in order to increase engagement.
