To develop a fully rounded audience supporter journey strategy to drive more insightful donor recruitment.

THE ROLE

As part of the Strategy and Innovation Team, the Supporter Journey Manager will work with a number of teams including Data & Insight and Fundraising to translate insights into income growth. At the same time, you will identify any new audience segments and map out their income potential.

Key to this will be mapping out individual supporter journeys to ensure that any pain points are mitigated and that the fundraising campaigns are developed more efficiently to deliver maximum results.

You will become the central point of contact for current and opportunity fundraising audiences, multi-product journey planning and next best offer opportunities.

The role will vary from running strategic workshops to reviewing data reports as well as well as working with the insight team on new propositions and product offerings.
By nature you will be someone who is confident in taking the lead, make data led decisions and have a strong commercial outlook when it comes to fundraising strategy.


YOU

In order to be considered for the role of Supporter Journey Manager, you will need:

- proven experience in developing and delivering data led strategies across different channels
- you must also be used to dealing with complex audience segmentation models and/or high volume data sets
- proven levels of data literacy to inform decision making and direct marketing testing strategies
- excellent understanding of audience segmentation, lifecycles, how to use research and learn based on audience data
- an understanding of online and offline fundraising channels and how they can be used to target audiences
- experience designing and facilitating audience workshops

You must also have a strong project management skill set, be used to leading cross functional teams and be an excellent communicator - someone who can engage and get individuals, teams or senior management on board with your plans.
