Salary banding: £37,000 - £43,000 depending on experience

You will do so in a range of UK and international contexts across Africa, Asia and Europe. You are excited about the challenge of shaping a fast growing, child-centred and impact-focused international development charity; and will bring proven skills and experience to help us deliver our aims.
As People and Learning Manager you will bring strong experience in HR management with a CIPD qualification at Level 5 or above. You will have a proven understanding of the INGO sector and international HR processes including legal and regulatory employment compliance. Importantly, you will have exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills with an ability and passion for continuous learning and people development.
