Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Head of Operations will be a key part of the Operations Management Team within Street League and will directly manage and support local Operations Managers to implement delivery and local plans.
The postholder will work closely with the Director of Operations and Director of Contracts and Quality to shape future operational delivery and development for Street League in England. The post will have a lead role in operational performance management, design and development, HR and recruitment oversight for English teams. Achieving social impact and contract deliverables (commissioned/corporate) are imperative to the job. Producing reports and a significant focus on reviewing operational data to facilitate continuous improvement.
Supporting the marketing and social media strategy relative to operations in England is an element of the role as is stakeholder engagement. The post holder will also form part of and lead some national UK project teams.
The role is England wide, and travel will be required on a weekly basis to visit operational sites across the English Regions where Street League operates.
Salary: £45,000 to £52,000 plus benefits
Work pattern: Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm (36.25 hours per week)
