Sufra NW London is a Community Hub that provides a lifeline to people in crisis – including families living in extreme poverty and people who are vulnerable, homeless or socially isolated. We provide them with the food and support they need to survive, empower them to learn new skills and improve their wellbeing, and help them to find work and become financially stable.
We are recruiting an Office Administrator to take responsibility for the administrative procedures relating to the charity’s operations and provide ongoing support to volunteers and staff. The post holder will be responsible to the Finance and Administration Manager and will carry out general administrative and office management duties as well providing volunteer and services support and financial administrative support.
A minimum of 3 years office administration skills and advanced IT skills are required for this role. The post holder must have excellent communication skills and be able to prioritise a varied work load.

- Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
- Dealing with email enquiries
- Taking meeting minutes
- Diary management
- Data entry
- General office management such as ordering stationary
