Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Floating Support Team Manager to oversee a vital service aimed at providing essential warp-around support to vulnerable residents who have experienced homelessness across Pan London. Our mission is to provide comprehensive support to help clients access good quality private rented accommodation and plan for their long-term future.
Duties:
As a Temporary Lead Worker, you will play a crucial role in the support team by:
- Overseeing a case load of 30 clients with varying support needs.
- Organising weekly appointments with each client and providing personalised support.
- Writing clear and concise monthly and weekly reports to document client progress.
- Assisting clients with budgeting, financial management, and maintaining their tenancy.
- Providing emotional support and encouragement to clients.
- Empowering clients to pursue hobbies, attend appointments, and seek opportunities for work, education, or training.
- Promoting independence and teaching life skills to enable clients to transition to an independent lifestyle.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Strong record and understanding of delivering effective support services to vulnerable populations.
- Knowledge of key working and case working approaches, including penalisation agendas.
- Understanding of the complex issues contributing to homelessness and their impact on individual's lives.
- Experience in supporting and supervising casework practice.
- Ability to work independently while remaining accountable to management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.

Hostel Support Worker
Position Available: 2 Support Workers
Shift Pattern - 11-week rolling rota including weekends:
Early Shift: 7:30 am - 3:30 pm
Late Shift: 2:30 pm - 10:30 pm

Responsibilities:
- Key-working and case management for a caseload of 5 to 10 clients.

The teams provide a rapid response service, intervening to ensure no one needs to sleep rough. They are currently looking for people to join their teams as Night Assessment Workers in our No Second Night Out Assessment Hubs. In these roles you will:

Our client is recruiting for Support Workers for across their Hackney services (1 of which is a women only service).
Their services (one being a specific women only service) provide accommodation and additional emergency bed spaces to people with a Hackney connection, who are at risk of homelessness or rough sleeping, and also have additional support needs which include; substance use, mental health or longer term complex needs.
Their hostels offer a range of services to clients at different stages in the process of change and works closely with an adjacent health and advice centre operated by partner agencies. Operationally, the service focuses on promoting recovery, providing assessment, support and resettlement services within a framework of active engagement and person-centred planning. The project is committed to supporting continued client participation in all aspects of its work.

Complex Needs Worker
Morgan Hunt are working in collaboration with a leading homelessness charity based in east London who are in search of a Complex Needs Worker to work with in their 35 bed service for clients who have been found recently rough sleeping in the borough and referred by street outreach teams and StreetLink.
Candidate requirements:
- Pro-actively work with a caseload of clients to assess their support needs and put in place well-being plans
- Ensure clients engaged at the service adequately safeguarded whilst at the service against any internal or external risk
- Referring clients to specialist external agencies including drug treatment services, community mental health teams, probation, immigration issues etc to ensure needs of the clients are met
- Partnership working with all clients to best ensure positive outcomes and providing advice and guidance around longer-term housing options for successful resettlement and ongoing support where necessary
Candidate Needs:
- Experience of casework delivery to a caseload of clients with complex support needs
