Job description

The Training and Partnerships Administrator will provide administrative support to Surviving Economic Abuse’s training function. They will be responsible for the ‘customer journey’ – from marketing courses and responding to enquiries, registering learners, through to supporting their access to learning materials, following up impact and ongoing engagement.

This role also supports the administration of some broader relationship and partnership outcomes. This includes the effective use of Salesforce across the organisation and administrative support for partnership tools and processes as necessary.
