How to apply
Can you listen calmly and with empathy to a boy who has experienced sexual abuse? A non-binary person who was raped? The partner of a man sexually assaulted?
You will offer emotional support, information and signposting via webchat, email, SMS, Whatsapp and phone to men and non-binary people who have experienced sexual abuse, and their loved ones.
This is a flexible, rewarding role with the chance to make a difference to the lives of people who reach out for support. Last year 2,600 contacted us. No two chats are the same.
Although our services are predominantly for men and non-binary people, we welcome applicants of all genders.
Our emotional support services are open 12pm-8pm, Monday-Sunday. We have a regular shift pattern available (working fixed, part-time hours), as well as flexible, zero-hours positions (working ‘as and when’).
