2nd Line IT Support Technician
£24,446 per annum (Ref: SUS2801)
37.5 hours per week - based in central Bristol
Another fantastic opportunity to work with our IT team providing 2nd line IT support to Sustrans staff, logging and resolving complex technical issues affecting staff and systems, including managing and resolving tickets escalated from 1st line, helping to deliver a customer-focussed IT helpdesk service to the organisation within agreed SLAs and meeting relevant KPIs, ensuring issues are resolved in a timely manner.
You will have previous experience in a similar role having worked 1st or 2nd line IT support in at least MS Windows 7 in domain networked environment and have used IT ticket based systems. With good verbal and written communication skills and excellent problem analysis and solving skills, you will have good time management and prioritisation abilities and a knowledge of IT laptop and desktop hardware. A commitment to the ideals of sustainable transport would be an advantage.
