Content & User Experience Officer
£27,255 per annum
37.5 hours per week – 6 month contract - based in Bristol
Working as part of the UK-wide Brand & Marketing team and closely with the Sustrans-wide communications network, this exciting new role will ensure a rigorous and professional approach to digital copywriting, content management and user-focused online engagement, being responsible for implementing website content strategy, delivering content that speaks with one voice and consistent messaging.
Educated to degree level or equivalent, you will have experience of using content management systems to update websites, of good digital copy-writing for different platforms and audiences and of working collaboratively with others on content production. Excellent communications and editorial skills are required as is an understanding of the technical architecture of web and mobile applications. You will have a good working knowledge of digital technologies and of UX design and research. A good understanding of the role that cycling and walking can play in tackling air quality, congestion and health issues would be an advantage.
