IT & Systems Project Manager
£31,369 per annum
37.5 hours per week – based in central Bristol
(initial home working will be expected)
About the role
This exciting new role will be responsible for planning, managing and leading new system and infrastructure IT projects through to successful delivery, using IT best practice and applying agile or other project management methodologies, ensuring the objectives of the projects are completed on time and within budget.
We are looking for an experienced project manager with a recognised qualification and experience in systems implementation and delivering change management. With practical appreciation of IT infrastructure, information security and IT governance, you will have excellent written and verbal communications skills, the ability to build, facilitate and maintain effective working relationships, a proven ability to work collaboratively with senior colleagues and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information. You will also have excellent IT literacy, the ability to present technical problems and opportunities and to deliver training on new systems. You will also be committed to the promotion of sustainable transport.
