Partner Development Support Officer, Places for Everyone
£21,947 per annum (Ref: SUS2768)
30 to 37.5 hours per week to be worked in 4 or 5 days – based in Edinburgh
This exciting new role will support partners within and/or applying to the Places for Everyone (PfE) programme, to design, organise and deliver events and activities that support the development of PfE projects. The Places for Everyone programme provides grant funding to all 32 Scottish local authorities, statutory bodies and educational institutions for the creation and improvement of cycling, walking and wheeling infrastructure. This role will provide administrative support to the programme ensuring potential applications are recorded and monitored efficiently, and will assist the smooth running of PfE by planning judging panels and steering groups for most ambitious project applications.
With a good standard of education, you will have experience of building and maintaining good working relationships with partner organisations and individuals and of developing administrative processes. With excellent written and verbal communications skills, you will have good presentation skills and strong time-management skills with the ability to plan and prioritise your own workload. You will also be committed to the promotion of sustainable transport.
