Property & Estate Administrator
£22,167 per annum (pro rata for part time hours)
30 - 37.5 hours per week / flexible working available – contract to 30 June 2022

This central role will be responsible for maintaining our property and estate record system and managing our title deeds storage. You will also work on interesting projects, gathering information for property sales, leases, and management. It’s vital that our rent invoices are issued and paid; you will be responsible for this, but we have nice tenants. You will also support the team with general administration and be a point of contact for internal and external enquiries.
Ideally, we are looking for someone with some knowledge of property deeds, transfers, leases and licences. You must have either experience of managing property and estates, or experience of record keeping in another role or a relevant diplomat.
Your application should show ability of assembling information to support a project or report. Experience of invoicing and credit control, or working with numbers, routines and follow-up. We would expect you to show how you have supported colleagues, communicated with customers and have excellent personal organisation.
Closing date for the receipt of completed applications is 9am on Monday 26 October 2020. Interviews will take place online by MS Teams or Zoom, during week commencing Monday 9 November 2020.
