About the Role
We are now looking for a People Resourcing Manager who has experience across the entire recruitment lifecycle able to offer expert in-house advice, guidance and support to recruiting managers. Line managing our HR Support Officers, you’ll play a key part in making sure that our recruitment processes operate professionally, accurately and efficiently.
Making continuous improvements, you will work to develop a resourcing strategy that results in the delivery of high quality candidates across the organisation whilst increasing our ability to attract under-represented groups.
We are looking for someone with substantial in-house recruitment experience and a background of running successful recruitment campaigns, with experience of supporting administrators who work with the processes daily.
Someone with the ability to write inspiring adverts and social media posts.
Someone who can influence and challenge thinking to help drive results.

The preferred base for this role is Sustrans’ office in Bristol. Occasional travel throughout the UK will be required.
