Job description

Join our enthusiastic and dedicated team at Swindon City of Sanctuary in a new role as Schools Project Co-ordinator extending our successful FAB! (Family Activity Boxes) Project which was part of our Covid-19 response.

The FABs Extensions Project, funded by The Postcode Neighbourhood Trust, will bring together schools and families seeking sanctuary (refugees and asylum seekers), through literacy and oracy, art and craft, games and puzzles; in collaboration with local libraries and new Family Literacy developments in Swindon.

You will be working within our Schools' team alongside our brilliant Schools' volunteers who have a wealth of experience within the education sector.

Swindon City of Sanctuary seeks to build a culture of welcome, inclusion and support for everyone in Swindon, with a focus on those seeking sanctuary.
