The role of the Finance Officer’s role will be to take ownership of the financial management of the charity and shop, to ensure all financial accounting procedures and system are compliant and processed on time. Preparation of all management accounts for both the main charity and the shop, and to manage the day to day, purchase and sales ledgers. Payroll for all staff to be processed monthly, and the financial management of budgets, forecasts, bids and contracts, overseeing all utilities contracts, vehicles, residents’ payments and all reconciliation. Take incoming telephone calls, support reception and administration in general duties, such as dealing with residents, visitors, contractors etc.
