We are currently recruiting:
To work on a zero hours basis, 1 to 2 days a week
To work in Buckinghamshire
We are looking for students, with either a minimum of 2 years study in Psychology or Social Care, or MSc and PhD students with more in depth experience, with an ability to think outside the box and work with Talkback to run Community Engagement sessions. These are run across varied client groups, including learning disability, mental health, autism, dementia and physical and sensory. We support people in a variety of ways and the roles would be across Buckinghamshire.
The core of our work is focused on supporting people to speak up and have their say on local issues. We do this by facilitating groups and sharing feedback in a variety of creative ways at professional meetings. These are exciting and varied roles, with a range of opportunities and development within various areas such as Advocacy, Training and Positive Behaviour Support.
You need to be a strong, independent person who can use your initiative and enjoy a wide variety of work and being part of a team, supporting each other.
