Management Team and Fundraising Administrator
Working with the CEO to provide administrative support to the Management Team including:
* Meeting administration: co-ordinating calendars, booking virtual and in house meetings, circulating agendas and minutes
* Taking minutes and collating papers within specific deadlines including at board level.
Maintaining key relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Working with the Director of Finance and Company Secretary to complete Governance related tasks
Working with the Director of Fundraising in relation to the administration of donations, including managing the donor database, acknowledging donations, administrative support for events including arranging meeting, materials, coordination of attendees and follow up and some marketing assistance.
Involvement in a range of projects throughout the charity, including management of employee Reward Gateway, maintaining organisation charts, keeping them up-to-date and ensuring their accuracy
Performing general administration duties such as preparing materials, printing and photocopying
