Market Research and Insight Manager

The Individual Giving Team is seeking to recruit a Market and Insight Manager.  Guiding the Marketing Development team, you'll be responsible for the strategic use of Tearfund's supporter data and research. You and your team exist to strengthen and reinforce the organisation; specifically the Global Fundraising Group, by providing vital insight and analysis to inform Fundraising strategies and help the organization to better discern our existing and potential supporters, so that we may acquire and retain them. 

This means you will play an important part in helping to obtain the support we need to realise our vision of seeing all people freed from poverty, living transformed lives and reaching their God given potential by working and supporting teams across the group.

The main responsibilities include:

  • Providing the group's market research requirements
  • Supporting the data analysts with data reporting and analysis 
  • Lead, manage, plan and deliver key project to support the development and execution of the Group Strategy
