Do you want to help support change initiatives, strengthen organisational culture and increase employee engagement in an increasingly virtual and rapidly changing world of work?

We are looking for a passionate, delivery-focussed individual who has experience and understanding of Organisation Development to join us at Tearfund. Are you someone who: 

  • Has knowledge and understanding of Organisation Development, including dialogic approaches;
  • Has experience of system-wide and emergent change; 
  • Is a skilled communicator and facilitator;
  • Will bring fresh ideas and insights to help develop interventions for culture, change and development work;
  • Has a strong focus on delivery and making things happen;
  • Collaborates well and has good cross-cultural understanding;
  • Loves people and will bring humour and fun to the team!

This role can be based in any country Tearfund is registered and is able to employ staff. Salary will be dependent on location

Please note, this role is part time, 0.5 FTE
