Tearfund is looking for someone who can lead and manage the Theology and Network Engagement Team. You will be able to lead a diverse team of people and have excellent management skills. We are looking for a self-motivated, driven individual with extensive experience in the following areas:

  • Team leadership and development
  • Strategic planning and implementation
  • Theological training and practical experience of theological research
  • The desire and ability to engage with different theological perspectives

You will be joining a vibrant team working to see the church's understanding of holistic mission grow and thrive, responding to poverty, injustice and the environmental crisis.

This role is based in our Teddington office, 35 hours per week

All applicants must be committed to Tearfund's Christian beliefs. International travel is a requirement, up to 6 weeks a year

The recruitment process will include specific checks related to safeguarding issues. In addition, personal identification information will be submitted against a Watchlist database to check against criminal convictions as a counter-terror measure.
