Job Title:                           Database Executive (CRM and Data) Maternity Cover

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The post holder is responsible for the reliable delivery of the operational database services and the
accuracy of supporter data. The role will focus on delivering a programme of data imports,
supporting a range of fundraising initiatives and working with a number of data sources from
third party agencies, managing exceptions and troubleshooting to ensure work is completed
with accuracy, to a high standard and within SLAs.

You will provide training and continuing support to ensure all stakeholders are aware of the data options available to them in order to maximise income and engagement opportunities. You will maintain data integrity ensuring teams across the charity know how to use CARE in a way that complies with both organisational data policies and regulatory requirements.

You will have experience in:

  • Working with a Fundraising database (E.g. CARE) 
  • Use of SQL
  • Use of Data Import Tools (e.g. Blender)
  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, Referencing, Duplicates etc.)
  • Managing Data Operations on a large customer database
