Job Title: Diversity and Inclusion Lead
Hours: 35 hours per week
Type of Employment: FTC – 1 year
Salary: £44,000 per annum
Location: Normally office based-London, but home based at the moment
Teenage Cancer Trust has an exciting opportunity for someone to join us as Diversity & Inclusion Lead.
This new role will give the successful applicant a fantastic opportunity to further our work on creating a more diverse and inclusive organisation,
Early priorities will include:
- Championing Diversity and Inclusion at Teenage Cancer Trust and leading change.
- Designing and leading on the implementation of our Diversity Action plan, working collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation to identify challenges and opportunities and develop best practice approaches.
If you have demonstrable experience of developing diversity and inclusion strategies and processes, and overseeing their delivery, we would like to hear from you!
