About the role
Teenage Cancer Trust’s vision is a world where cancer doesn’t stop young people from living their lives.  We our currently in our 30th year and we know we have significant opportunities to expand and deepen our impact to support even more young people. A new fundraising strategy has been approved and we are ready to invest in new areas to drive this growth. 

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Innovation and New Product Development Project Manager to help us reach our vision. The role will oversee regular innovation cycles and sprints to develop new products from inception to implementation, with the aim of developing a portfolio of products to attract, engage, recognise and retain a range of different fundraising audiences.

You will be an excellent project manager, able to identify external trends, and be brilliant with data and insight. You will have excellent communication and influencing skills to align multiple teams behind new products and keep colleagues informed and ensure learnings are shared across Fundraising.

This is a great opportunity to help establish, develop and deliver an Innovation and New Product Development function.
