Teenage Cancer Trust is looking for an interim Internal Communications Lead, at a time when inspiring and uniting our staff so we can support the needs of young people with cancer has never been more needed.
Like all charities, 2020 saw Teenage Cancer Trust dramatically adapting so we could continue our vital work . It has changed how we collaborate, communicate and deliver our goals together. Clear, informative and engaging internal communications has been, and remains, vital.
We're looking for an experienced internal communications professional to join the charity on an interim basis, to lead the delivery of a refocused internal communications strategy to effectively engage, inform and motivate staff.
Through this fixed-term post the successful candidate will be able to hit the ground running, confidently managing a range of internal communications channels and creating engaging content, combining strategic thinking and hands-on delivery. They will be responsible for overseeing and delivering internal communications through a range of channels, ensuring that it is aligned with our values and brand. Strong relationship building skills are a must as they will advising our Senior Leadership Team and colleagues across the charity on how to effectively reach a range of internal audiences.
