A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Database Executive to join our Database & Insight team as part of our Fundraising Operations at Teenage Cancer Trust.
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To provide data analysis, insight, and reporting to build our internal capability in using data as a key business driver and ensure that it provides the best possible information for teams across Fundraising and the rest of the organisation.
This role is essential for the effective delivery of Teenage Cancer Trust's fundraising strategy, especially in delivering a complex programme of data selections and in ensuring data insight and analysis and plays a vital role in driving a culture in which all activities are underpinned by high quality data and ability to analyse it.
The role is responsible for leading on the use of our Data Insight and Analysis tools – currently FastStats and Power BI – and, alongside the Database & Insight Manager, supports planning, analysis and use of data insight across all fundraising teams, to ensure effective use of business intelligence and management information to plan, drive and evaluate all fundraising activities in line with our ambitious fundraising strategy.
We are looking for someone who is a team player with the ability to turn raw data into user friendly reports. Passionate about drawing insights from our data, you will use your strong analytical skills and great communication skills to maximise our impact.
