Dept and Location: Marketing & Communications, London Office, W1T with the option to work from home

Line Manager:  Brand & Design Manager  

Direct Reports: None 

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB  

The Senior Designer role sits within the Brand & Content team of Marketing & Communications. Reporting to the Brand & Design Manager, you will provide expert support in delivering high-quality creative and design to the organisation across a varied range of projects. You will be solution-focussed and confidently manage projects on behalf of the team, planning and delivering eye-catching creative that delivers on objectives and aligns with our brand guidelines. 

You will provide senior support to the Brand and Design Manager, leading on project briefs, making decisions on a range of issues and providing additional senior guidance/support to the Designer, freelancers and agencies when required. You’ll have a good overview of the teams’ workload and be able to advise on, and delegate, resource when necessary.
