Salary: £35,000 - £36,000 FTE (Pro rata dependent upon hours)

About the role
The Senior HR Advisor is important for the day-to-day functioning of the HR department and for supporting the HR department to provide a healthy and positive work culture and a fantastic employee experience thereby contributing towards achieving our organisational goals. The Senior HR Advisor will support the Head of HR and Office on key projects and will have responsibility for leading on their own projects.
The Senior HR Advisor is responsible for providing a comprehensive, proactive and generalist advisory service to senior and line managers and staff, progressing casework to conclusion, advising on policy application and best practice for recruitment, management and retention of staff. They will be responsible for supporting and advising managers and staff on employee relations and performance management issues and will support managers on talent management and succession planning.
