Job Title: Supporter Care Coordinator              

Hours: 35 hours per week

Salary: £26,375 per annum

Type of Employment: Permanent 

Dept and Location: Fundraising Standards & Operations, Hybrid location (3 days a week at London Head Office) 

Line Manager: Supporter Care Manager

Teenage Cancer Trust provides life-changing, world-class care and support so young people don’t face cancer alone.

We are seeking a friendly Supporter Care professional to join our Supporter Care team.  You will be a people person who is confident working with databases and a variety of processes, with a focus on giving supporters a personal and positive experience that exceeds their expectations. 

You will need to be able to multitask effectively and remain calm and professional when dealing with complex queries and complaints and be able to work independently and manage your own workload, as well as being a keen team player.

This role will work closely with the Finance & Operations and Supporter Relations Leads and report into the Supporter Care Manager.

WHAT YOU’LL DO, AND WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

To be the first point of contact for supporters, potential supporters and the public and respond to enquiries received by phone, post, social-media and e-mail.  To manage supporter relationships confidently and efficiently, providing excellent signposting and fundraising support. In addition, the role will be responsible for income allocation and other administrative tasks; this will involve ensuring completeness and accuracy of supporter data on our CRM system (CARE). 

As the Supporter Care team works closely with many different teams across the whole organisation, you will be expected to build and maintain effective relationships with internal clients and be an active and visible point of Supporter Care expertise for colleagues from internal client teams.
